Glassware
Preparing Your Glassware for First Use -
Always remember to rinse your new glassware before using it for the first time. You might notice some residue or colored speckles on the glass, which are often remnants of the paint used to fill in the engraving. These can easily be removed by gently rubbing the glass with a soft cloth or even a fingernail.Additionally, you may come across tiny sand particles on the glass surface, a byproduct of our sandblasting process, which is the primary engraving method we employ for nearly all of our glassware.
Caring for Your Glassware - Handwashing is Key
While many of our glassware items can withstand machine washing, it's important to note that our products have undergone a meticulous sandblasting process and have been delicately filled with a special engraving paint to make the design truly stand out.
To preserve the vibrancy of the engraving, it's best to hand wash glassware purchased from us. Using a dishwasher may cause the paint to fade or even be completely washed away.
Simply wash the glass in soapy water using a cloth, and dry it as you would with any other hand-washed glassware

Important Note - Flask Compatibility
It's important to note that hip flasks are not suitable for carbonated or acidic mixtures, so please refrain from using them with fruit juices, cordials, or fizzy drinks.
Cleaning - Proper Care for Your Flask
To ensure your flask stays in its best condition, give it a thorough hand wash using hot soapy water.
Please refrain from using a dishwasher or any cleaning chemicals on your hip flask, as this could potentially damage its surface.
Protect the Finish - Be Gentle
If your flask happens to be powder-coated, exercise caution and avoid dropping it on hard or jagged surfaces like concrete. Instead, if you must drop it aim for a softer landing spot like grass to preserve the coating's integrity!

Pewterware
First Time Use - Prepare Your Pewter
Begin by rinsing your pewter with water. Afterward, ensure you dry it gently using a soft, nonabrasive cloth or towel.

Cleaning - Hand Wash with Care
Maintain your pewter's luster with a simple hand wash using your regular detergent. Ensure it's dried with a soft cloth. Pewter, being a soft metal, can scratch and scuff easily.
Reviving Pewter - When Needed
Modern pewter is exceptionally low maintenance as they dont oxidise like Silver or other metals., but if it becomes dull or acquires scuffs from use, a gentle cleaning with a metal polish before washing can restore its beauty.
When polishing, move in straight lines, preferably in the direction of the manufacturing lines for the best results.
Temperature and Usage - Handle with Caution
Pewter has a relatively low melting point, so avoid exposing it to ovens, hot plates, or open flames. Additionally, it's not recommended to pour hot drinks directly into a pewter vessel.
