Shipping policy

  • We deliver to the UK and most international countries, including the EU.
  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
UK Orders:
  • Standard delivery (2nd Class & 1st Class) is handled by Royal Mail.
  • Express orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx.
International Orders:
  • Standard international shipping is handled by Royal Mail or Transglobal Ltd.
  • We may use other couriers, including DPD, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination.
  • International orders (unless sent via Royal Mail) are typically dispatched in bulk once or twice a week, with increased frequency during busy seasons.
International Express Orders:
  • If an express order falls between bulk shipments, it will be sent via Parcel2Go, typically using UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation:
  • All shipments (except letter-sized items like plaques) include tracking or proof of delivery.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery.
  • All international shipments include end-to-end tracking.
Delivery Issues:
  • If you have not received your item within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us for assistance.
  • If a reproduced product is returned to us as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 100% of the sale price, including item and shipping costs.
