Refund policy

  • Due to the nature of our products, they may go straight into the engraving phase after payment is processed. Changes to your order will not be possible after this point.

  • If you have an issue with a received order, please contact us first before taking any further action.

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. In such cases, we will replace the damaged or faulty product(s). We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged goods to help us investigate the issue.

  • Non-personalised products (items without custom engraving or modifications) can be returned and refunded. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us to confirm before proceeding.

  • Return shipping costs for non-faulty or undamaged items are the buyer’s responsibility. Please keep a tracking number or postage receipt.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unless they have been personalised.

  • Refunds will be processed once the return has been received or after 14 working days.
